The Master Plan is implemented by the Trinity River Vision Authority (TRVA), a board consisting of representatives from the project partners which include Tarrant Regional Water District, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County and Streams and Valleys, Inc. The TRVA works cooperatively with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Texas Department of Transportation.
