The Trinity River Vision Authority has an aggressive diverse business program which strives to provide bid opportunities for all on the Trinity River Vision – Central City project. Close collaboration between the partnering agencies and the TRVA’s Fair Contracting Committee has enabled a proactive approach in preparing vendors for work on this project. For all contracts let by the Trinity River Vision Authority, Tarrant Regional Water District, and City of Fort Worth a 25% diverse business participation goal has been established.

 

Quarterly Reports

 

Quarterly reporting, periodic audits, and streamlined internal processes ensure accountability for meeting the commitments set on each contract. The most recent reports are located below:

Certification Requirements

 

The partnering agencies each have different certification requirements. As a diverse business, it is important to know what the requirements are for the particular agency that is letting the bid that you are interested in.

 

The following is a list of the entities that will be letting contracts and the certifications that they accept:

 

  • Trinity River Vision Authority
    Certifications: All local, state and federal certifications

     

  • Tarrant Regional Water District
    Certifications: All local, state and federal certifications

     

  • City of Fort Worth
    Certification Agency - North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA)

     

  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
    Certification Agency: U.S. Small Business Administration
    Certifications: 8(a)BD certified or 8(a) Joint Venture, HUBZone
    Self Certifications: Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business,Veteran Owned Small Business **, Woman Owned Small Business **, Small Disadvantaged Business **
