Diverse Business Program Overview

The Trinity River Vision Authority has an aggressive diverse business program which strives to provide bid opportunities for all on the Trinity River Vision – Central City project. Close collaboration between the partnering agencies and the TRVA’s Fair Contracting Committee has enabled a proactive approach in preparing vendors for work on this project. For all contracts let by the Trinity River Vision Authority, Tarrant Regional Water District, and City of Fort Worth a 25% diverse business participation goal has been established.

The partnering agencies each have different certification requirements. As a diverse business, it is important to know what the requirements are for the particular agency that is letting the bid that you are interested in.
